Yoocell Beauty Bed Limited Warranty

Support & Commitment

At Yoocell, we are committed to supporting our customers beyond the purchase. Every beauty bed is designed and manufactured under strict quality standards, and we stand behind our products with reliable after-sales service. This Limited Warranty ensures that your investment is protected and that you can operate your business with confidence.

1. Warranty Coverage & Period

This Limited Warranty applies to beauty beds purchased directly from Yoocell or its authorized distributors, effective from the date of original purchase:

  • Main Frame & Structural Components (metal frame, welding, support mechanisms): 3 years
  • Electrical & Mechanical Systems (motors, actuators, remote controls, hydraulic systems): 1 year
  • Gas Springs & Moving Joints: 1 year
  • Upholstery & Padding (PU/PVC leather, foam, stitching): not covered, except for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Accessories & Add-ons (armrests, headrests, wheels, casters): not covered, unless defective upon arrival

2. Exclusions – What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage, failure, or loss caused by:

  1. Normal wear and tear: discoloration, surface scratches, fading, cracking, softening of foam, stitching loosening.
  2. Improper use: exceeding maximum weight capacity (default: 180kg/400lbs), standing/jumping on the bed, unbalanced loads.
  3. Environmental factors: exposure to direct sunlight, humidity, mold, extreme heat or cold.
  4. Chemical or liquid damage: caused by disinfectants, oils, wax, solvents, or other corrosive substances.
  5. Improper maintenance: failure to follow Yoocell’s cleaning and care guidelines.
  6. Unauthorized modifications or repairs: use of non-Yoocell spare parts, alteration of frame/electrical system.
  7. Transportation & storage: damages during handling, moving, or improper storage (must be claimed with the carrier immediately).
  8. Commercial misuse: using the bed beyond its intended application (e.g., as storage, seating for multiple persons).

3. Warranty Claim Process

  • Step 1: Contact Yoocell Support with proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
  • Step 2: Provide evidence (photos, videos, serial number) showing the defect.
  • Step 3: Assessment – Yoocell will evaluate and determine eligibility.
  • Step 4: Resolution – at Yoocell’s discretion:
    • Repair or replacement of defective part(s)
    • Supply of spare parts for self-repair
    • Replacement of full unit (if unrepairable)


Note: All shipping and labor costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Yoocell’s responsibility is limited to the repair, replacement, or supply of parts
  • Yoocell shall not be liable for:
    • Loss of business, income, or downtime
    • Third-party damages or consequential losses
    • Injuries caused by misuse, negligence, or non-compliance with safety guidelines
  • This warranty does not extend beyond the original purchaser.

5. Customer Responsibilities (Warranty Validity Conditions)

To maintain warranty coverage, the customer must:

  • Operate the beauty bed according to user manual instructions.
  • Perform routine inspections: check screws, joints, and fittings regularly.
  • Follow cleaning guidelines: use only mild, approved cleaners; avoid alcohol, bleach, and strong chemicals.
  • Ensure installation in a stable, indoor environment (flat floor, dry conditions).
  • Report defects within 7 days of noticing them.

Failure to follow these requirements may void the warranty.
